The joint team successfully located and persuaded the insurgent to renounce violence, following hours of negotiations and motivation.
The Surrendered Insurgent
The surrendered insurgent, identified as Khapur (Rajapio) Akha alias Khawang Wangsu (38), hails from Longphong village in Longding district. He had joined the outfit in September 2025.
