PREPAK claimed that its internal investigation had revealed the involvement of a group of individuals in running the flesh trade, involving young girls and married women in Imphal. Four individuals were named, including three women and all residents of Imphal West district.

The four individuals named by PREPAK are Thingbaijam Thoihenba alias Ibungo Singh, Tektek alias Juliya, Rebiya Leimapokpam, and Sundari. PREPAK warned these individuals to surrender to the outfit by January 31, failing which they would face severe punishment.
