Bukchem Phom, a former minister and former Chief Information Commissioner of Nagaland, delivered a thought-provoking talk on Conflict and Peace in Orangkong Before and After 1950. Women and Youth Empowerment
As part of the Jubilee Convergence Programme, sessions on Women in Leadership Achieving an Equal Future and Youth in Leadership Embracing Unique Gifts and Talents were organized. Y Alongla Sangtam, NPS, Additional Superintendent of Police (Security), addressed the women's session, while B Henok Buchem, NCS, Deputy Commissioner of Kohima, addressed the youth session.
